How We Dug In
Rosewood Court is an 85 unit apartment that was developed to provide affordable housing for qualifying families, seniors, and veterans. The project was developed under the Arizona Department of Housing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LITHC) program and was designed within its strict guidelines. Cypress provided site civil engineering services as well as the offsite paving and public water system upgrades.
